Out of the four finalist in this category only three stood out. “He Saved Five Lives” was a well produced and edited story. The editor didn’t go over board on the edit, nor over use effects. “Korean Reunion” was a well edited story as well, Just not enough to push it too the top. “Hopewell” was a straight cut edit that was done well, it’s pacing was flawless, but too simple for this category.

“He saved five lives”... a dramatic story that never manipulated my emotions with music. nice job of incorporating the pictures. simply editing fit the story.
“Korean Reunion....nice job recreating the backstory. good effects. a good editing job all around.
“Hopewell”... good straight ahead story. minimal edits fit the pace of farm life. good nats.
