Björn and Ann Håkansson are two of the one hundred and seven victims of the Thalidomide disaster from the sixties. Björn's mother Ulla was prescribed the calming pills after a traffic-accident. Anns mother Alva because she bit her nails. Today, forty years after the Thalidomide-disaster, Björn and a friend has finally sued the swedish government for negligence. The couple are constantly fighting for the rights of handicapped . Björn is the chariman of he swedish thalidomide victims association, and his wife Ann runs the website.
