The 9:01 wall to the Oklahoma City National Memorial stands at the east end, at night as visitors leave. The two walls, one at 9:01 and the other at 9:03, represent the time of innocence and loss of innocence before and after 9:02 a.m., the time of the bombing on April 19, 1995.
